What do we sell?

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our website. SocksNovelty.com is a small internet start up located in Lamoille County in the Green Mountain State of Vermont. We sell over 600 pairs of unique novelty socks depicting designs in the following categories: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Country, Garden, Wildlife, Coastal, Holidays, Easter, Christmas, Halloween, Winter Sports, Fun, Child Novelty, Footwear for Men and Women, and approved socks from the American Kennel Club (AKC). Most of our designs are offered on Crew Length, Ankle, Licensed AKC, Boot Length (Child and Adult) and/or Crew Child.

For your shopping convenience, we have included a socks sizing chart on every product page of our store, but we have also provided the information below as well:


Sock Sizing Chart

In Stock and Ready to Ship

All socks listed in our online store are in stock and ready to ship. If our inventory for a particular pair of socks becomes discontinued, the product page will reflect this change. We make every effort to keep accurate reports of all our socks, but errors in human reporting do occur, albeit very rarely. In the event that we sell a pair of socks that has been discontinued, we will promptly issue you a refund with our sincere apologies, or if you so choose, we will offer an in store credit for your next purchase, in accordance with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

Occasionally, the last pair of socks for a particular design may sell through one of our other distribution networks before our accounting system for SocksNovelty.com reflects this change. In this case, you can expect a delay in processing for up to 4 days in accordance with our shipping and delivery polices.

Sometimes we sell socks that are available before anyone else and we may sell a pair of socks before they are in inventory. In such a case, the product page will explicitly note when the socks will be available to ship.

We have designed this store to make shopping enjoyable, fun, and easy. About Graphic Services

SocksNovelty.com was a project in development for over 2 years, before we listed a single item for sale, and as such has undergone many changes. During this period, we have tested and reviewed many e-commerce shopping cart platforms including open source ecommerce solutions such as Oscommerce, OpenCube, and OSCMax. Ultimately, we found a pre-press, graphics, multimedia, and web design company - Graphic Services Inc located in Stowe, Vermont - to handle all of our ecommerce needs. The resulting eCommerce storefront before you is the collaborative efforts between this company and our own.
